Peaceful Fruits Featured on Brand Builder Podcast
We hope it’s pretty obvious that Peaceful Fruits is much more than a snack company. We’re a brand on a mission to connect people and markets to the Amazon rainforest. We just happen to make the most delicious, better-for-you fruit snack available, well… anywhere.
But fruit snacks weren’t always the obvious path. For starters, our founder Evan isn’t a foodie (shhh), and his core mission had more to do with transforming the lives of the people he met in Suriname as a Peace Corps volunteer than changing the fruit snack game.
So how did we get here? It turns out, when you’re motivated by a meaningful purpose (like ours), a resonant consumer brand can be a powerful conduit for making a big impact.
That’s just one of the learnings from our founder Evan Delahanty’s recent episode of Brand Builder, a story-driven business podcast.
Evan sat with host Jordan Cohen to talk about what inspired him to found Peaceful Fruits, why hiring team members with developmental disabilities is both good for society and good for business, and how the brand takes consumers on a journey by creating a "chain of discovery."
